REFUND POLICY

All online orders are entitled to a full refund within 14 days from purchase.

• Products must be returned unused and unworn condition.

• The following product must be returned in it's original state and packaging.

• Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging.

• We DO NOT accept returns for personalised products, except in case of manufacturing defects.

• The following items are excluded from our "Goodwill" returns policy; 
Personalised Items (Unless defected from manufacturer)
• Digital Gift Cards
•Items resold

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). 

When shipping items back to us, we recommend using a trackable delivery service, as we will not be held responsible for your item(s) shall they go missing.

Please note that we are not able to offer exchanges on international orders. All orders sent overseas are subject to a refund only return policy upon return of the service or products.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days of refund being issued.

We are only able to exchange items like for like due to differences in prices.
